Qualifications

• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or social work is required.
• AzBBHE licensure is preferred.
• Experience facilitating groups is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus; bilingual differential available.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy for adults and families, adapting services to individual needs.
• Facilitate IOP, SOP, and Aftercare groups using the agency curriculum.
• Utilize community resources and referrals to enhance treatment.
• Complete reports and maintain timely communication with DCS, probation, and others.
• Maintain professionalism and collaborate with team in remote work settings.
