Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in health-related field and two years related experience, or equivalent.
• Must pass fingerprint background check and RAP Back program enrollment.
• Valid Utah driver’s license required at hire and must be obtained within six months to operate County vehicle.

• Coordinate Health Promotion staff activities to meet grant contracts.
• Develop and implement countywide health education and outreach programs.
• Assess health education needs for diverse populations.
• Monitor program budgets and grant compliance.
• Collect data to measure program effectiveness and prepare reports.
