Job summary

Firefly Outpatient LLC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team in Oklahoma. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy to diverse clients and coordinate care with external providers.

The role emphasizes documentation, crisis response, and leadership within the clinic. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Psychology or related field and an active Oklahoma license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC).

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Active therapy license to practice in Oklahoma (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.).
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • TB screening and health clearance.
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions for assigned clients.
  • Coordinate comprehensive care with medical, psychiatric, vocational, and social services.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR (same-day entries required).
  • Monitor client attendance and engagement; address concerns promptly.
  • Develop discharge plans with community referrals.
  • Participate in crisis intervention and emergency response as needed.
  • Maintain professional communication with leadership and families.
  • Provide leadership and collaboration to the clinical team.

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
Active Oklahoma therapy license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
CPR/First Aid certification
TB screening and health clearance

Job description

Firefly Outpatient LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-centered care through individual, group, and family therapy, while supporting clients through all phases of treatment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring clinical excellence, strong care coordination, and a positive therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions for assigned clients
  • Facilitate active involvement of families and external providers (with proper consent)
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR (same-day entries required)
  • Coordinate comprehensive care, including medical, psychiatric, vocational, and social services
  • Monitor client attendance and engagement in programming
  • Address behavioral concerns and document interventions promptly
  • Approve and manage client and visitor pass requests
  • Respond to client, family, and referral partner concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and document discharge plans, including community resource referrals
  • Participate in crisis intervention and emergency response as needed
  • Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding client updates and concerns
  • Provide leadership, collaboration, and support to the clinical team
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and therapeutic rapport
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Active therapy license to practice in Oklahoma (required) (i.e. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
