Job summary

LifeBridge Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join the New Hope Treatment Substance Use Disorder program at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. You will assess, diagnose, and manage SUD patients, while providing primary care duties and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role is full-time, outpatient, on-site at New Hope Treatment Center with no on-call or weekend hours. Schedule includes weekdays and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required and NP licensure.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient intakes, assessments, and dose management in collaboration with Medical Director.
• Provide subsstance use disorder treatment and primary care duties including referrals, education, and counseling.
