Job summary

Circles of Care, Inc. in Rockledge, FL, seeks an experienced Substance Use - Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to deliver MAT services within our multidisciplinary team.

You will assess, diagnose, and manage medical and psychiatric needs of clients with opioid use disorders, focusing on evidence-based MAT alongside counseling and psychosocial support. Qualifications include a Master's or Doctorate in nursing with a psychiatric-mental health or addiction specialization, Florida APRN

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in nursing with a psychiatric-mental health or addiction focus.
• APRN licensure in Florida.
• PMHNP or FNP with addiction specialization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MAT services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Assess, diagnose and manage medical and psychiatric needs of clients.
• Prescribe buprenorphine with DEA DATA 2000 waiver.
• Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care and documentation in EHR.
