Easterseals PORT Health is hiring a Full-Time Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Facilitator (CADC/LCAS) to join our team in Whiteville, NC. Qualifications

• CADC required or Provisional Licensure preferred: LCAS-A accepted as well.
• 2 years of experience in Substance Use services.
• Knowledge of therapeutic practices and crisis de-escalation.
• Co-facilitate psychoeducation groups and facilitate psychotherapy groups.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate psychoeducation groups and facilitate psychotherapy groups.
• Establish aftercare plans and initiating/maintaining contact with families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date referral sources.
• Maintain a therapeutic environment and promote healthy interpersonal behavior.
• Collaborate with the team to develop treatment goal plans and monitor progress.
