BAART Treatment Centers are dedicated to providing individualized treatment that integrates pharmacotherapy, clinical counseling, recovery support, and medical services. We deliver medically-supervised addiction treatment programs for adults across various modalities and settings. Primary Job Functions

• Assist in admitting patients for Methadone Treatment.
• Obtain patient history and conduct physical exams.
• Document in the EMR, enter medication orders, and prescribe buprenorphine as needed.
• Authorize and supervise dispensing of daily narcotic replacement therapy and other medications in the absence of the Medical Director.
• Monitor patient dosages collaboratively with the treatment team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Education, and Certifications

• Must be licensed in the State of Vermont.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in addiction medicine and MAT.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
