Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking qualified counselors in Virginia to join our outpatient, MAT-focused team. The role emphasizes compassionate care for patients with opioid use disorder within a supportive, clinic-based setting.

We value diverse backgrounds and offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing training while supporting clinicians in advancement along the Counselor levels. Remote scheduling on Fridays may be available, with regular weekday hours in the office.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Resident in Counseling, LPC, LSATP or LCSW, CSAC License in the state of Virginia.
• Must have at least one year of experience as a substance abuse counselor.
• Experience treating opioid-addicted patients is not a requirement but is preferred.
• No legal impediments to serving in a licensed opiate treatment program.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.
