Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and corresponding license.
• 1-2 years of experience in addiction client-centered treatment.
• Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake screenings and assessments to determine eligibility.
• Develop individualized service plans and provide counseling.
• Deliver services per program standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in the EHR.
• Educate clients on policies, confidentiality, and expectations.
• Assist clients with referrals to housing, medical, and employment resources.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in meetings.
