Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, counseling and therapeutic services to chemically dependent patients and families.
• Make treatment recommendations and liaise with the treatment network as patient advocate.
• Facilitate programming for court-ordered referrals.
• Support patient and family adjustment and planning for post-treatment care.
• Document in accordance with department guidelines.
• Contribute to professional development and community education.
• Promote safety and collaboration with self-help programs like AA, NA and Al-Anon.
