Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and life experience.
• Current CADC or higher licensure (LPC, LSW) in state of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in substance abuse or mental health counseling.
• Experience with outpatient treatment settings and populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling per treatment plans.
• Document treatment and discharge plans and progress notes.
• Perform case management and contribute to client care monitoring.
• Handle caseload with some complex cases requiring intensive services.
• Other duties as assigned.
