Qualifications

• Associate degree in relevant field and required registration/credentials for Counselor I.
• 2-5 years of experience or Master level for Counselor II.
• Licensed or certified for Counselor III.

Responsibilities

• Provides orientation to new patients to the program’s rules and policies.
• Conduct initial assessments and treatment plans.
• Monitor and document changes in patient circumstances.
• Provide professional counseling and referral services.
• Attend training and team meetings.
