Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and individual treatment plans within established timeframes.
• Facilitate psycho-educational and process groups as defined by the curriculum.
• Provide individual counseling according to program timeframes and document sessions per policy.
• Maintain clinical records in accordance with Spectrum standards.
• Serve as a role model/mentor for participants while maintaining professional boundaries.
