Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services is required.
• Virginia CSAC certification or equivalent license must be obtained within two years of signing the job description.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and individual treatment plans within established timeframes.
• Facilitating psycho-educational and process groups as defined by the curriculum.
• Providing individual counseling according to program timeframes and documenting sessions per policies.
• Maintaining clinical records in accordance with Spectrum standards.
• Serving as a role model/mentor for participants while maintaining professional boundaries.
