Job summary

MEP Health in Wisconsin seeks a dedicated Substance Use Disorder Counselor to help individuals overcome addiction and achieve recovery. You will provide individual and group counseling, assessments, treatment plans, and coordinate community supports, while maintaining documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include SAC-IT/SAC/CSAC credential, associate's degree (bachelor's preferred), knowledge of addiction and case management; justice-involved experience
