Role: Substance Use Disorder Counselor
Responsibilities include: providing individual and group counseling, conducting assessments and treatment planning, case management, coordinating community support, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support clients' recovery and stability.
Qualifications: valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential, an associate's degree in a human services or related field (bachelor's preferred), knowledge of addiction and counseling principles, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus.
Skills: strong communication, assessment, case management, teamwork, and documentation skills. Participation in supervision, training, and professional development is expected.
