Job summary

Advanced Family Counselor Services in New Jersey is seeking experienced LCADC/substance abuse counselors to join our clinical team. The role focuses on assessing clients, writing treatment and recovery plans, educating on coping strategies and coordinating recovery progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold a New Jersey LCADC license (Substance Addiction Counselor).
• Experience with assessment and treatment planning for substance use disorders.
• Ability to conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Familiarity with crisis management and discharge planning.
• Strong communication with clients and their families.
• Ability to adapt to workflow changes based on agency needs.

• Work with clients to find or maintain employment:
