Job summary

Regard Healthcare in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated counselor to support individuals battling addiction and mental health challenges. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master’s degree preferred, and CADC or LADC certification.

You will conduct individual and group sessions, develop programming based on clients’ needs and diagnoses, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure regulated, thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Master's degree preferred).
• CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or related field.
• Appropriate certifications to lead specialty groups, meeting all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
