This role focuses on evidence-based rehabilitation and reintegration outcomes. Candidates should hold LIAC or LPC credentials with relevant supervision experience and be proficient with the department's software.

Qualifications

• Must be a LIAC or LPC with two years of experience as a licensed counselor.
• Ability to provide at least 15 hours of demonstrated clinical supervision.
• Proficiency with computers and standard department software.

Responsibilities

• Provide substance abuse counseling to inmates, individually and in groups.
• Develop and adjust client treatment plans based on clinical data.
• Coordinate counseling with mental health professionals and other staff.
• Train or supervise Substance Abuse staff and interns.
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes.
