Job summary

ARS Treatment Centers in Camp Hill, PA seeks a Counselor to provide direct counseling and case management to patients, including individual and group sessions, assessments, and aftercare planning.

You will maintain caseloads under state regulations, develop treatment plans with patient input, and ensure compliance with licensure standards and company policies. This role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain caseload per State Regulations.
• Assures incoming patients have psychosocial assessment and an interpretive summary according to the ARS Policies and Procedure Manual.
• Completes, with patient participation, a Preliminary Treatment Plan according to the ARS Policies and Procedure Manual.
• Completes a Treatment Plan Review and update for each patient after completion of the Comprehensive Treatment Plan according to the ARS Policies and Procedure Manual.
• Prepares an aftercare transition plan for all patients at the earliest possible time and to review prior to discharge.
• Be proficient with State Licensure Standards, CARF Standards, 42 CFR and HIPAA standards and Company policies.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 5:30am- 2pm; rotating Saturday 6am-8:30am

Position Description:
