Clarvida is seeking a Substance Abuse Specialist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, supporting adults with severe mental illness who are also experiencing substance use challenges. In this role, you will provide integrated, recovery-oriented substance use services while working as part of a multidisciplinary ACT team.
ACT services are delivered directly in the community - client homes, places of employment, and other local settings to support stability, recovery, and long-term independence.
