Hudson Hospital & Clinic is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor to guide patients through intensive outpatient and continuing care plans, helping them meet personal treatment goals. You will also handle intake assessments, coordinating initial evaluations and referrals.
The role requires an Associate's degree in SAC and eligibility for Wisconsin SAC licensure, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and broader licensure.
The Substance Abuse Counselor facilitates patients in obtaining the knowledge and tools to complete all aspects of intensive outpatient and continuing care treatment plans and individual goals of treatment. Complete all aspects of the intake assessment process.
