Air Education and Training Command in Texas seeks a Subsistence Supply Manager to oversee receipt, storage, issue and replenishment of subsistence and supplies for Fort Sam Houston. You will maintain stock levels, process requisitions, price changes, receipts and shipping documents, and support the Food Service Program through AFMIS and STORES.

You will also manage property records, perform document control, and assist customers and storage depots.

Responsabilidades

• Receives, stores, issues and replenishes subsistence and supplies for Fort Sam Houston.
• Maintains stock levels for authorized supplies and processes requisitions, price changes, receipts and shipping documents.
• Performs double-entry bookkeeping and local purchases of perishable and non-perishable subsistence items using AFMIS and STORES.
• Maintains property accounts and records, conducts data searches and distributes output files.
• Provides assistance to customers, storage depots, or other organizations.
