  • Mentor a high-performing team of project managers and technical staff, guiding complex technical decisions, QA/QC standards, and ensuring consistent excellence in deliverables.
  • Collaborate across ECS subsidiaries to align on project scopes, schedules, and fee structures; support internal invoicing and project tracking processes to meet client expectations and business goals.
  • Refine and enhance internal tracking tools and systems to drive project visibility, reporting accuracy, and on‑time performance across the SPG.
  • Develop and lead targeted training initiatives related to specialized project requirements, ensuring staff are equipped to meet evolving client demands.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities within the region and engage in proactive marketing and positioning activities to expand ECS’s footprint.
