Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking an experienced regional leader to drive growth, oversee regional managers and drive opportunities for multiple offices. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, market analysis, and effective collaboration with corporate resources to improve profitability and market share.

The position requires a Civil Engineering background with PE/PG licensure or ability to obtain it soon, plus 10 years of related experience including supervision.

Qualifications

• 10 years of related experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role as leader of a branch office.
• BS or MS from an ABET accredited college/university in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Must have a P.E. or P.G. license, or equivalent, or be capable of obtaining licensure within six months.
• If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong marketing and business development abilities, proven successful P&L responsibility, and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build team-oriented relationships with office managers to provide leadership, oversight, and mentoring for business opportunities.
• Monitor regional finances, marketing strategies, office productivity, resources, standardization, and training.
• Evaluate market opportunities, trends, and successes in other regions.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight of Regional Managers and Subsidiary Directors.
• Lead and coordinate regional business opportunities and project leads across regions.
• Participate in trade association conferences and seek national contract opportunities.
• Oversee regional market segmentation groups and promote company resources.
• Promote teamwork and leverage company-wide resources.
• Hold 10 years of related experience with 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Maintain strong leadership, entrepreneurial drive, and goal attainment.

The expected pay range for this role and location is $250k - $350k/year. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
