Helix Energy Solutions Group in Houston seeks a Project Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities supporting offshore and subsea projects, with emphasis on work-class ROV operations. You will oversee the project engineering team, ensure technical deliverables, equipment integration, and safe, cost-effective execution.

Responsibilities include guiding engineering deliverables, procedures, and documentation; providing technical oversight for ROV systems and offshore equipment;

Competenze

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant offshore engineering experience.
• Experience managing engineering teams and budgets.
• Familiarity with IMCA guidance and HSEQ requirements.
• Willingness to travel domestically, internationally, and offshore.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the project engineering team, managing workloads, resources, and personnel performance.
• Oversee engineering deliverables, technical procedures, and project execution documentation.
• Provide technical oversight for ROV systems, subsea tooling, and equipment integration.
• Coordinate engineering support for vessel mobilizations, lifting arrangements, sea fastening, and offshore operations.
• Review and approve engineering documentation within delegated authority, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance to Project Managers and offshore personnel, resolving complex engineering challenges.
• Manage engineering resources, departmental budgets, schedules, and subcontracted engineering services.
• Support technical proposals, project estimates, feasibility assessments, and commercial activities.
• Oversee engineering risk assessments, technical reviews, and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Promote engineering standardization, operational improvements, and lessons learned.
• Coordinate with Technical Authorities, clients, equipment manufacturers, and subcontractors.
