Job summary

Oceaneering in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead subsea projects within the OPG group. You will plan, direct, and coordinate multiple projects to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and alignment with customer requirements.

Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally is expected. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and coordinating with Operations, Sales, and Quality to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within funding.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Cost, Schedule, and Scope management.
• 5+ years’ experience Project Management with Vessel / Subsea projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Project Lifecycle Management and offshore execution.
• Valid passport and ability to obtain visas for international travel.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor project budgets and provide revenue/cost guidance.
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded project schedules (WBS).
• Manage day-to-day project operations and staffing to meet schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams on bids, proposals, and customer requirements.
• Review quality plans, procedures, and project documents for conformity to client specs.
• Produce reports, forecasts, and variance explanations for management and clients.
• Support technical staff and resolve project-related issues with customers.
