Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for high‑reliability subsea penetrator products and assemblies.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management to improve methods, throughput, and product quality while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical, industrial or related field.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in electromechanical or precision environments.
  • Experience creating work instructions, SOPs and process documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for cable assemblies, connectors, and subsea interconnects.
  • Create work instructions, process flow diagrams, PFMEAs and control plans.
  • Support molding, potting, soldering, bonding, testing, and inspection processes.
  • Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and root-cause investigations.
  • Provide daily engineering support to production teams.
  • Collaborate with design and supply chain to improve manufacturability.
