Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer to advance testing for subsea robotics. You will develop high-fidelity acceptance test procedures for AUV portfolios and collaborate with engineering and technicians to scale production while maintaining quality.

You will help create automated analysis tools, support risk assessments, and drive reliability in a fast-paced startup environment focused on cutting-edge maritime systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in test design of electro-mechanical hardware in manufacturing.
• Experience analyzing sonar/acoustic data from subsea sensors.
• Familiar with Autonomous Underwater Vehicles and offshore robotics testing.
• Programming proficiency in Python, Matlab, Shell or similar.
• Experience developing and executing full system test plans.
• Experience with sensors, actuators and electrical components.

Responsabilités

• Optimize offshore acceptance test design, generate test plans, fixtures, and data tools.
• Collaborate with Systems/Test teams across product cycles to reduce offshore test cycles.
• Develop automated post-mission analysis tools to evaluate vehicle performance.
• Build test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream and process validation.
• Develop, execute, and manage test ecosystems to ensure reliability and design intent.
• Perform hands-on, data-driven root cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems.
• Design semi-automated testing equipment and protocols for subsystem testing and reliability.
