Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials demonstrating strong legal aptitude.
• Admission to the Florida bar and valid license to practice law.
• Minimum of five years of litigation experience in related sectors.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and opponents.

• Represent corporate clients in federal and state courts, handling civil actions for real property, personal property, and business losses.
• Collaborate with forensic experts to investigate and evaluate the viability of claims in single and multi‑party litigation.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for, attend, and present at court hearings; take and defend depositions.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and opposing counsel.
• Try cases at both bench and jury trials.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Excellent academic credentials demonstrating strong legal aptitude.
• Admission to the Florida bar.
• Minimum of five years of litigation experience, preferably prosecuting and/or defending product defect, property damage, construction, or property insurance claims.
• Experience working with forensic experts (fire origin, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, chemical, material, human factors, accounting, standard of care).
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and presenting oral arguments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
