Gateway Search Associates represents a premier litigation boutique in Center City Philadelphia, focused on high-stakes property subrogation. We seek an attorney to own 40–50 active files, develop case strategy from inception to trial, and lead depositions with top experts and opposing counsel.

This role offers a base plus performance bonus, with top performers earning $250,000+ total annual compensation. A battle-tested, high‑pressure mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation experience with extensive deposition experience.
• Calm under pressure; able to handle conflicts with composure.
• Exceptional ability to distill complex factual and engineering issues into clear, persuasive arguments.
• Previous trial experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of 40–50 active litigated files.
• Develop the tactical roadmap for every case from inception to trial.
• Take and defend depositions and interface with industry experts and opposing counsel.
• Move cases toward trial or high-value settlements through aggressive advocacy.
