Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis using Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist with case management and organize case files.
• Prepare for client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case strategies.
• Review documents, evidence, and witness statements.
• Negotiate settlements or participate in ADR processes.
