Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Subrogation Claims Specialist to join our claims administration and adjusting team in the United States. You will review new subrogation claims and work to maximize recoveries across Auto, GL and Property lines, reporting to Marie Noble.

The role handles 200–250 claims, requires a college degree and at least five years of subrogation experience, and offers a permanent full-time position with a competitive compensation package.

  • Willing to travel upon request.

The candidate will work within the subrogation unit to review new potential subrogation claims and maximize recoveries across Auto, GL and Property lines of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee caseload of 200-250 claims
  • Resolve subrogation claims by conducting investigations by obtaining and reviewing all necessary file documentation
  • Prepares comprehensive and detailed subrogation demands
  • Negotiates recovery of claim funds via email and telephone
  • Responds promptly to communications from clients, customers and other insurance companies and/or attorneys
  • File and respond through Arbitration Forums
  • Performs other duties as assigned
