Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a law firm or with a subpoena service.
• Knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure regarding civil subpoenas.
• Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle the office’s subpoena requests and follow-up communications.
• Communicate with vendors and individual subpoena locations.
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and secretaries.
