International Blind Contractors LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Submittal / Shop Drawing Coordinator to support our Project Management division in a hybrid role based near New York, NY. You will coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and clients to prepare and submit accurate shop drawings and product samples.

• 5 years in a project coordination or documentation-focused role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate submittals, shop drawings, and sample submissions per project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and vendors to ensure timely documentation.
• Review construction docs to understand submittal requirements.
• Create and maintain logs and tracking systems for submittals and approvals.
• Help manage timelines to meet project schedules.
• Communicate revisions and approvals with general contractors, architects, designers.
• Use drafting tools to prepare or modify shop drawings.
• Provide administrative support for document control and project coordination.
