Amentum in Portsmouth, New Hampshire is seeking Submarine Technicians at FT, ST, ET, or IT with real-world submarine experience to support NAVSEA and DoD systems. This role focuses on installation, maintenance, testing, and certification of ISIS and RADAR systems across U.S. submarines.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, engineering-change reviews, and documentation updates. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Secret US Government Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• High School Diploma/GED and five years of practical experience OR degree/formal training and three years of experience.
• Practical experience maintaining, troubleshooting, or repairing Submarine C5I systems/equipment.
• Experience in maintenance/repair and/or installation disciplines.
• Experience with design, preparation, and modification of engineering documents and drawings.
• Ability to travel up to 15%

Service Contract Act (SCA) Compensation & Benefits:

This is an hourly, overtime-eligible position that falls under the Service Contract Act (SCA). In accordance with the Health and Welfare provisions of the SCA, and in addition to your base hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive an additional health and welfare payment for each hour you work to ensure compliance with the minimums set forth by the act. The amount you are entitled to receive will vary depending upon the fringe benefits you select now and in the future.

Compensation Details:

$25.04 - $50.00 Hourly
