Serco Inc. seeks a Submarine Shipbuilding Improvement Engineer/Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting the US Navy’s Team Submarine. You will identify, plan, and implement improvements to accelerate efficiency, productivity, and safety in submarine construction, with emphasis on maintaining a DoW Secret clearance.

The role requires collaboration with NAVSEA, shipyards, and engineering teams, applying Lean Six Sigma, data analysis, and project management to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience driving process improvements in manufacturing or defense environments.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with Navy acquisition programs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify inefficiencies in submarine construction and develop improvement plans.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from concept through implementation.
