Responsibilities

• Plan submarine maintenance, repair, and modernization work using clear procedures and technical documents.
• Provide in-person proactive support to shipyard execution on submarines and at shipyards.
• Troubleshoot technically to resolve execution roadblocks.
• Collaborate with O&RE system engineers and interfacing departments per Navy procedures.
• Evaluate technical rationale to approve non-conforming conditions.
• Support test and certification of systems affected by technical documents.
• Assist with off-site projects at EB and Navy facilities.
