Job summary

Arcfield in Manassas, VA seeks an experienced tester/engineer for DoD submarine IT systems. You will develop test plans, lead lab and field tests, and coordinate with TYCOMs and sponsors to deliver enterprise capabilities.

The role requires Navy IT experience, DoD environment, security clearance, and strong communication; travel around 25% domestically. Join a team delivering critical EW system testing and integration.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD testing in a production delivery environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with testing in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of requirements management and systems modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer contractual needs into solutions for integrating, testing, evaluating, and transitioning systems into operations to deliver enterprise capabilities.
• Develop test plans and procedures to support EW subsystems integration and verification.
• Lead test events for EW systems in labs, NUWC, contractor facilities, shipyards, and submarines.
• Perform RF hardware testing and characterization.
• Travel ~25% domestically to support FAT and PVT.
