Job summary

NTT DATA Federal Services seeks a DFS Coordinator to join our Pearl Harbor team in Hawaii. You will administer the DFS system for submarines, review DFS requests, and assist Ship's Force under JFMM guidelines to ensure proper documentation and maintenance continuity.

The role requires 6+ years of QA and 3M experience in submarine contexts, plus an active Secret clearance. Starting compensation ranges from $83,520 to $125,280 with benefits and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 6+ years of experience with QA program and FMP management practices.
• 6+ years of submarine maintenance, IMA, or submarine repair.
• 3+ years as a QAI or 3M Coordinator or monitoring QA/3M in submarine material office.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform work that requires knowledge of submarine repairs and refurbishments.
• Administer the DFS system for submarines; process DFS requests and clarify specs with the military customer.
• Assist Ship's Force in preparing and processing DFSs per JFMM.
• Maintain files of outstanding DFSs and pursue clearing of DFSs.
• Advise QA Officer on QA, SOC, FBW and SUBSAFE programs; implement QA per JFMM and P-9290.
• Organize and verify Underway Certification Continuity Reports for Submarines.
• Review reports to ensure proper format and contents.
• Perform 100% review of Controlled Work Packages after depot availability.
• Assist in 3M inspections and fleet maintenance assessments.
