A&K Designs, Inc. is seeking a Sublimation & Laser Production Manager to lead our Laser, Graphics, and Sublimation teams. This hands-on role focuses on production excellence, color accuracy, and process improvement to deliver high‑quality products for customers.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has solid leadership experience in sublimation printing and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Sublimation & Laser Production Manager - Where Precision Meets Creativity

Do you love turning great designs into amazing, finished products? Are you the person who notices when a color is slightly off, a print isn't perfect, or a production process could be more efficient? If so, we want YOU to lead our Laser, Graphics, and Sublimation team! We're looking for a Laser & Sublimation Production Manager who can balance leadership, quality, organization, and innovation while keeping production running smoothly. This is a hands‑on management role where you’ll lead a talented team, solve challenges, and help create high‑quality products our customers love.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of sublimation printing or related manufacturing experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Adobe Illustrator proficiency
• Experience with sublimation printers, heat presses, lasers and fabric handling
• Five years of experience in sublimation printing or related manufacturing required
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role required

Bonus Points For:

• Knowledge of Sublimation RIP and/or Wasatch software
• Photoshop or Optitex experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
