Job summary

A&K Designs, Inc. is seeking a Sublimation & Laser Production Manager to lead our Laser, Graphics, and Sublimation teams. This hands-on role focuses on production excellence, color accuracy, and process improvement to deliver high‑quality products for customers.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has solid leadership experience in sublimation printing and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sublimation printing or related manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our Laser, Sublimation, and Graphics Production teams.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize production to meet customer deadlines.
• Train, coach, and develop team members for success.
• Partner with development and production teams to ensure flawless print execution.
• Drive process improvements that reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Help create a culture where teamwork, accountability, and excellence thrive.
