Publix Super Markets in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to set up production areas, run department equipment, inspect and document conditions, inventory ingredients, and help ensure GMP compliance.

You will work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and supporting other team members as needed. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• Must demonstrate GMP compliance
• Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs. frequently
• Must be able to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays
• Must have good attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to learn and perform all positions

Responsibilities

• Set up production area
• Operate all equipment in the department
• Document equipment inspections and report unsafe conditions
• Label and ensure accurate inventory of fresh ingredients and final product
• Select sub kits for designated stores
• Maintain clean equipment and GMP-compliant work area
• Perform quality inspections of finished product
• Complete required paperwork for accounting, quality, and production
• Other duties as assigned
