Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to support CCM test events across the United States. You will set up, operate and teardown simulator test equipment, troubleshoot, and coordinate travel with test engineers, contractors and facility operators.

This temporary on-call role requires DoD Top Secret clearance eligibility, US citizenship, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to airports near major hubs.

Overview

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of sensitive test events. This position involves close coordination with test engineers, contractors, government personnel and facility operators. This is a temporary/on-call position directly supporting the Center for Countermeasures (CCM) at various locations throughout the US. Travel is expected to occur for all support activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ability to set-up, operate, and teardown simulator test equipment
  • Full ability to troubleshoot equipment
  • Assist with technician and operator duties as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel in support of test activities.
  • Complete travel and detailed expense reports.
Experience, Education, & Licensure
  • 20+ years of experience with CCM processes, equipment, and test events.
  • Full understanding of CCM process, procedures, and operating environments.
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and/or maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Must live near a major airport and have reliable transportation.
Technical Skills and Abilities
  • Proven experience working in a professional manufacturing or test environment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and adjust to situations commonly found in test environments.
  • Proficiency with logistics and travel, experience in a DoD setting preferred.
  • Skilled in maintaining detailed logs and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to follow procedures while working independently.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs.
  • Must possess good vision and hearing capabilities.
Work Environment
  • Work performed in outdoor airfield and/or test range settings.
  • May experience exposure to varying noise and weather conditions.
  • Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work Authorization / Security Clearance

DoD Top Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
