Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for a team of subcontract administrators and managers.
• Ensure subcontracting activities comply with policies and procedures across commercial and government programs.
• Develop and oversee subcontract specifications, terms, and conditions for materials, equipment, or services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and drive supplier management initiatives.
• Prepare and present executive-level presentations and communicate status and issues.
