Overview

The company is deeply involved in designing, financing, building, and operating a wide range of projects — from transportation infrastructure like roads, bridges, and airports to energy systems, buildings, and telecommunications networks.

We are seeking an experienced Subcontracts Manager to join a $3 billion design-build infrastructure project in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract negotiation and administration for key subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with commercial policies and project agreements
• Manage change orders, claims, and invoice reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and stakeholders to drive project success

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a contractual administration position with Designer and main Subcontractors
• Experience and knowledge in technical and design & build topics
• Experience in partnering with an executive team, with excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and has strong interpersonal skills

This role is fully on-site in Chicago, IL. Relocation packages/temporary housing will be considered depending on candidate's experience level.
