• Perform subcontract awards, administration and closeout in compliance with SRNL procurement system.
• Lead negotiations, pre-procurement planning, and supplier management to achieve best-value procurements.
• Review requests and specs for DOE prime contract requirements and SRNL policies; maintain procurement files.
