The Senior Subcontracts Administrator is a senior-level subcontracts professional responsible for managing the highest-complexity subcontracts on Dashiell's largest and most complex EPC projects. This position leads pre-award risk assessment, negotiates major subcontract awards, manages complex commercial disputes, and mentors junior subcontracts staff. The position will be based in our Houston, Texas office located at 12301 Kurland Drive, Suite 400, Houston, TX 77034 and will report to Dashiell’s Procurement Manager – Subcontracts.
