Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in Herndon, VA, is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator Associate to support the subcontract lifecycle, including NDAs, TAs, subcontracts, and purchase orders. You will help negotiate, draft, and review agreements, and prepare status reports for management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience: 1+ year of related experience in contracts administration or corporate environment.
• Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Role requirements: Effective administrative and organizational skills.
• Location: Hybrid position at the GDIT facility in Herndon, VA; onsite 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the negotiation and administration of NDAs, TAs, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related agreements.
• Assists in preparation of subcontract solicitations.
• Participates in evaluation of subcontractor proposals for adherence to requirements.
• Reviews and coordinates approval of terms, conditions, and legal sufficiency of subcontract documents.
• Participates in drafting subcontract modifications.
• Prepares status reports and briefs management on issues or problems.
• Assists in procedural changes and resolution of subcontract-related problems.
• Develops current knowledge of subcontract procedures and practices.
• Participates in special projects as required.
