Ideal Siding Durham is seeking experienced siding installation crews for subcontracted residential projects. We’re building a local network of qualified crews who take pride in quality workmanship, and we want to hear from reliable crew leaders who are interested in current and future project-based work in the Durham area.

We offer project-based opportunities with on-time payments and access to ongoing residential siding projects as the location grows.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential siding installation.
• Reliable crew lead or manager.
• Own tools and equipment to complete the job.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete projects based on agreed timelines and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew on residential siding projects.
• Install vinyl, James Hardie, engineered wood, metal, and cedar siding as required.
• Coordinate project scope and timelines with the Ideal Siding team.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
